Sierra Commercial Plumbing's executives have an average of 35 years in the business and are experienced in all aspects of the industry.  Collectively, our team of experts holds a variety of licenses and certifications, which allows us to deliver the highest level of service.  Our success is a direct result of our committed executives and employees. 

rANDY jENKInS, Chief Executive Officer

With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, Randy is the CEO of Sierra Commercial Plumbing, Inc.  Jenkins started his mechanical career as a Union Apprentice where he worked the plumbing construction crew at Shriner's Hospital for Children in Los Angeles.  Four years later he completed the Union Apprenticeship Program.  He became a certified PIPE Journeyman and was put in the Foreman position on many high profile projects.  Randy holds the following certifications: PIPE Medical Gas Installer, Sani Tech Installer, Orbital Welder, George Fisher Installer, and Pesticide Certified for water treatment and sanitization.  Randy also has an Engineering degree in hydraulic and pneumatics and has held a state teaching credential specializing in plumbing.  Today, Jenkins oversees the corporation's officers and is dedicated to upholding the company's standard of quality to service. 

MARC SPANGLE, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER 

As the CFO, Marc has spent most of her career in contracting and construction, formerly working for Fluor Daniel and Amgen.  With nearly 20 years experience, she has supervised almost a billion dollars worth of construction contracting.  Currently Marc oversees the financial operations of the corporation and is an integral part of strategic development. 

Nancy Jenkins, SECRETARY | TREASURER

After years of experience as an administrative legal assistant, Nancy joined her husband in business in 1995 and is the Secretary and Treasurer of the corporation.  She has since overseen the finances of the company.  

ADAM KAPLAN, President

After studying at California State University Northridge, Kaplan began his career at Sierra Commercial Plumbing, over 15 years ago, as an apprentice.  He has since held many positions within the company including Project Manager, Purchase Agent, Estimator and now currently President of the company.  Certified QuickPen estimator and Bluebeam literate.  Active member of CPMCA. 

BRANDON PALOMAREZ, Vice President 

Brandon joined Sierra Commercial Plumbing in 2000 and has worked in several departments within the company.  Palomarez has exemplified loyal work ethic and has become a very valuable team member.  He currently holds the position of Vice President of Sierra Commercial Plumbing, Inc. and Sierra Plumbing Services which is the service division.
